To begin, the Team Assessment allows Corporate Incentive Adventures to assess and measure the qualities of the entire team, rather than just as a collection of individuals. After the assessment, CIA leads your group in an adventure-based activity during which team members explore and break through their fears. Each member leaves the group activity with a blueprint for change within the organization. The retreat closes with The Three Levels of Commitment, a tool for bringing a higher level of commitment to work each day.
