What is CIA?

At Corporate Incentive Adventures (CIA), our goal is to enhance corporate performance.  We use a powerful combination of motivational tools which blend Executive Coaching and Incentive Travel Awards.

By creatively merging these two approaches into a dynamic and exciting format, Corporate Incentive Adventures will allow your team members to reach beyond themselves and achieve extraordinary results which benefit the entire corporation.

Corporate Incentive Adventures will assist you in investing in your most valuable asset – your people.  Your team will work with our Executive Coaches, who have been trained and certified by the International Coaches Federation, to discover new and innovative ways of relating to one another and their workplace.

Our approach offers a combination of Executive Retreats, Business Coaching, Team Coaching and Incentive Travel Adventures.  You will find that incorporating rock climbing, river rafting, canyoneering or zip lines into your corporate event will inspire participants toward a more rewarding and effective journey in reaching your team’s performance goals.
